Monica Caldas ’01

Monica Caldas ’01, executive vice president and chief information officer of Liberty Mutual Insurance, was awarded the MIT Sloan CIO Leadership Award. The award recognizes Chief Information Officers (CIOs) who lead their organizations to deliver exemplary levels of business value through the innovative use of IT.

Kyle Eagleson ’01

Kyle Eagleson ’01 has been appointed president and chief executive officer of Guilford Savings Bank. Eagleson took over as president in January 2024 and became GSB’s CEO on April 1 of this year, following the retirement of the former CEO. He now takes on added responsibilities as GSB is completing its merger with Eastern Connecticut Savings Bank. Eagleson will lead the combined organization that will change its name to Ascend Bank.

Stephen Lewis ’91 MBA

Stephen Lewis ’91 MBA, president and CEO of Thomaston Savings Bank, has joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston’s Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council.

Amy Miller ’07 MBA

Amy Miller ’07 MBA has been elected chair of the Board of the Aurora Women and Girls Foundation. Miller is a senior vice president and advisor at Wealthspire Advisors, a financial planning firm in West Hartford, CT.
