Former Dean David S. Kidwell Passes Away
Dean David Kidwell, who championed the creation of our highly regarded Executive MBA program, has died. During his tenure at UConn, from 1988 to 1991, Kidwell also opened the doors to Ph.D. students seeking academic careers in information systems and operations management. Kidwell left UConn to become the dean of the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, where he worked until his retirement. Read more about his accomplishments.
