Michael Derrig ’04, ’13 MBA

Michael Derrig ’04, ’13 MBA has been appointed vice president, chief underwriter for the Individual Life Division for Symetra Life Insurance Company. Prior to this role, Derrig served as director and chief underwriter at Equitable.

Andrew Hersom ’99 MBA

Andrew Hersom ’99 MBA joined Eastern Bank as senior vice president, head of investor relations. Prior to joining Eastern Bank, Hersom worked for Argo Group International Holdings as head of investor relations, responsible for interfacing with the investment community.

Michael O’Connor ’12 MBA

Michael O’Connor ’12 MBA has been named executive director of the Connecticut Port Authority. Prior to this role, O’Connor had recently retired as vice president of Dominion Energy’s Millstone Power Station in Waterford, CT.

Robert Silverman ’05 MBA

Robert Silverman ’05 MBA has been promoted to regional vice president for the Westchester region at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Silverman will continue overseeing the Rye, NY office while driving the company’s growth and influence throughout the area.
